"DESCRIPTION:
Feiyang -406 Zinc Rich Primer is a single component zinc primer which provides sacrificial protection against steel corrosion. Feiyang -406 promotes adhesion, dries rapidly, and can be either shop or field applied. Feiyang -406 exceeds the Steel Structures Painting Council Paint Specification 20, Type II Organic Zinc Rich Primer.

PACKAGING:
1 gallon and 1 quart containers.
COVERAGE:
Applied to a smooth surface at a rate of 300 to 350 square feet per gallon, film thickness will be approximately 5.0 mils wet and 2.5 mils dry.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Prepare in accordance with Steel Structures Painting Council Surface Preparation SSPC-SP6 Commercial Blast Cleaning. All work blasted shall be coated the same day with Feiyang -406 Zinc Rich Primer.
MIXING:
Stir the Feiyang -406 thoroughly before using and intermittently during application.
APPLICATION:
Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. If thinning is required, consult Fox Industries. Do not exceed 5% thinner and use Feiyang -406 Thinner only. Allow to dry 6 hours minimum before applying top coat. Two coats of Feiyang -406 may be used for superior protection, or topcoat with Feiyang -455 Water Based Epoxy Coating.
LIMITATIONS:
Do not overcoat with solvent based material. Not recommended for use below 50°F.

COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID! Contains solvents and other chemical ingredients. Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid skin contact. Consult MSDS for further safety information. FIRST AID: If contact is made with skin, wash with soap and water. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and consult a physician. Do not take internally."
